Band biography:
Andrew Knott is a man on the edge. On the edge of what exactly no one is entirely sure, as he's on the edge of it you see and it's a sheer drop, very hard to see from up here don't you know. Some say greatness, some say a mediocrity that defies belief, others have suggested he isn't on the edge at all, but very firmly somewhere up the back, I'm sure I saw him earlier... I think he was drunk. To all these people he says "Who the hell are you people and what do you know about me anyway? Have we met? We have? Oh. really? Was I drinking up the back?". If nothing else, he's a man on the edge of his drum stool, as apparently correct seating technique and posture was never covered during his initial drum lessons. But from this vantage point he quite enjoys hitting stuff and calling it music. When not on the edge, he enjoys dabbling in the odd bit of design, the odd bit of drinking, and the very odd bit of waking up confused as to his whereabouts, what happened to his clothes and why his face is covered in a mix of glue and some form of liqueur... Ah, rock and roll...
He plays Pearl drums, a variety of Zildjian and Sabian cymbals, Vater sticks, is open to any endorsement deals and is fond of a good whiskey - but even fonder of a bad one
According to the credits in the album liner notes Andrew Curtis apparently plays guitars, sings backing vocals and provides the occasional sample, which proves you shouldn't necessarily believe everything you read. For example, based on the above you may think that because he has a number of tasks to perform, seemingly simultaneously, he must have at least four arms - two to play guitar, and two more in order to provide the samples.
Because we've assumed that he has four arms we can also draw the logical conclusion that life must be terribly annoying for him. Performing a simple task such as buttering a slice of toast, tying your shoelaces or scratching an itchy leg becomes so much more difficult when you have to decide which pair of arms to use - should you use two arms on the same side of your body? Perhaps the diagonally opposite pair would be better? Maybe the bottom pair? It's a never-ending dilemma.
However, you've probably already noticed Andrew's photo nearby and can confirm that he has the same number of arms as most other people. Hence, you probably shouldn't believe everything you read
Nick is a chemical element that has the symbol W and atomic number 74. A very hard, heavy, steel-gray to white transition metal, Nick is found in several ores including wolframite and scheelite and is remarkable for its robust physical properties, especially the fact that it has a higher melting point than any other non-alloy in existenc
