InVertigo (Progressiv Rock aus dem Ruhrgebiet) – das ist Art Rock zwischen Komplexität und Eingängigkeit, zwischen Epos und Mainstream, zwischen 11/8 und 4/4. Die Songs spiegeln Einflüsse von Progressiv- und Art-Rock-Bands wie Genesis, Yes, Spock's BeardMarillion, Flower Kings oder Porcupine Tree wider – und hören sich doch ganz anders an.

Symphonische Kompositionen, vielschichtige Strukturen, Variationen von Harmonien, Tempi und Rhythmen, stetige Wechsel und unvorhersehbare Wendungen finden Ihren Weg in die Songs und doch: InVertigo stellen die komplexen Strukturen nie über den musikalischen Inhalt. Auch wenn die Songs immer sehr lang sind - zwischen 7 und 22 Minuten - im Vordergrund stehen immerder Song und anspruchsvolle, aber eingängige Melodien.

InVertigo (Progressive Rock from Ruhr Area - Germany) – this means art rock between complexity and catchiness, epic structures and radio affinity, 11/8 and 4/4. Their songs mirror influences by progressive rock bands such as Genesis, Yes, Spock's Beard, Marillion, The Flower Kings or Porcupine Tree – but do sound completely different. Symphonic compositions, multilayered arrangements, variations of key, tempo and rhythm, constant changes and surprising twists make up their songs. And yet: InVertigo make sure the songs' musical content prevails. Even though the songs might be quite long – from 7 to 22 minutes – the song itself and demanding but catchy melodies are the primary focus.
